This lake home is on a private septic and well system so you will not get water or sewer bills. The only utility bills are for gas and electricity. LP gas is used for the whole house emergency backup generator, gas HVAC backup to electric heat pump, gas log fireplace, and hardwired gas grill on deck. There is a new 500 gallon underground storage tank - we use Heritage Propane but there are several other vendors including Freeman, Marsh, Blossman, etc. Tank is filled about once a year at an annual cost of approx $400. Electricity is supplied by Mountain Electric Cooperative and you will receive an average monthly bill of about $200.
