This lake condo has a private septic so you will not get a sewer bill. Wireless high speed internet service is provided by the condo association. The only utility bills are for water, gas and electric. LP gas is used for the gas log fireplace that is capable of heating the entire unit in addition to electric heat pump and central HVAC. There is an above ground 125 gallon tank hidden in the landscaping that serves the three end units. Tank is filled about once a year, divided by three, at a cost of approx $30 annually. Water is supplied by Dry Run Utilities at an average monthly cost of $39. Electricity is supplied by Mountain Electric Cooperative and you will receive an average monthly bill of about $72. So your all your utilities combined will be about $100 a month.
